Material Recommendation:
For high-traffic utility areas like laundries, we recommend using Paint Quality Pine (PQP) or moisture-resistant timber grades. For oversized bi-fold configurations reaching the 2400mm height limit, Paint Quality Emberwood (PQV) is specified for its superior dimensional stability[cite: 137, 139].
